I do have TWRP and I flashed the PackageInstaller.zip using TWRP, but It still didn't fixed it..

No I'm Pakistani, I live in Turkey...

I speak english, can someone help me here..? I rooted like 10 tablets for my friends they all did well, but the new tablets now have an issue they Uninstalled the package installer, I saw this thread and did everystep, after installing it still didn't fix it...

Okayy I did that now I got this,

I'm not turkish but I'm living in turkey and I'm trying to root the ETAB 5 but the turkdev software won't download, can anyone help?
