i Wnted to ask is anyone going to port miui on nougat platform.

MIUI on Nougat isn't compatible with 32-bit ARM arch and there isn't any ARM64 kernel for this device yet. So, it's not possible to port a MIUI 8.5 ROM until a dev builds an ARM64 kernel.
