Just flash miui.am 8.2.8 base, good rom, but still, I think Xiaomi.eu is much more better.
Haven't tried the battery by the way.
But notification shade and quick reply is awsome.

Hows the battery backup in 8.2.8 and 9.2 stable nougat EU Roms. Please share the battery stats. Also tell if screen recorder has speaker as sound source option.

Quick reply is available on global rom either it's beta or stable, I can't tell if it added in MM os cause I haven't tried any MM rom since @Orochi™ made port rom Nougat.

Principalmente status de transferência de dados e modo de rede porque, sem essa função, não acessa LTE / 3G quando estou fazendo uma ligação telefônica. Eu uso agora v8.2.1 miuipro.

@Orochi™ i have same problem. I cant booting up on MIUI.AM rom. I changed to agni Kernel and now is booting up well.
PS: I'm using Kate model. Maybe is for this?

check for the region in Additional settings ..
If it is Portland, try to change it to India..
or

change the ro.miui.region=PL in bulid.prop to ro.miui.region=IN
& Reboot
