set_metadata: Error on lstat of "/system/vendor/operator/app": No such file or directory

I tried all (reboot, wipe all, remove sd, etc.) but nothing.

Now tell the same thing but the folder is "/system/recovery-from-boot.p".
I should create it with random file, too? :what:
